Getting support and sharing feedback

If you’re having trouble with any part of using Applet, and you’ve taken a look at our troubleshooting guide - it might be time to reach out for support.

You can contact us any time with the help menu in the top right under the question mark:

We’re genuinely happy to hear from you and you’ll always get a real human response (we even have engineers doing support 🤓).

Our team is based in Europe, so depending on where you are the response may take a little longer.

If you need help more urgently, or want to get some peer feedback from other builders before you share your applet publicly, post your message in Applet's Discord community:

This is the best way to reach us for simple questions, to share your feature requests, or just to tell us how much you love Applet. If you’ve hit a bug, we have a special feature for that:

Reporting bugs this way includes a snapshot of your applet in its current state, which makes it easier for us to help you as quickly as possible. And we’ll always let you know as soon as any issue is fixed. 👍
